Installation recommendation:

We present you with several recommendations regarding the method for installation of our boilers:
For safety reasons, products should only be installed by a competent person
according to current regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions.

- First, we recommend connecting our heaters with cables with a cross-section of at least 10 mm².
Then, we recommend installing the Rotary Isolator 4 Pole in a close area of the boiler with a power adequate to the boiler's power.
Please don’t use the oven isolator; it doesn’t work!
In the long term, these insulators overheat and pose a fire risk.
I know this from customer stories and our observations when handling warranty complaints,
when an unauthorized installer installed the boiler.
For user safety, do not use these isolators.
- Use only metal connections for safe valve discharge without any different material,
such as a flexible hose;
you can use copper, stained steel or PVC pipes,
but please ensure the manufacturer approves them for high-temperature operation.
Don’t use any extra valve or anything similar, such as a no-return valve, etc.; this is unacceptable and will result in loss of warranty,
and may also cause incorrect operation of the safety valve, which may result in danger.
Before starting the boiler, ensure it has the correct pressure in the central heating system. The recommended pressure is 1.5 Bar.
And that the air was released from the system.
- Use only a voltage-free external controller; remember the dedicated connection is not adapted to connect high-voltage,
it may damage the motherboard and void the warranty.
When installing a boiler, we highly recommend using a magnetic filter; for the combi boiler,
We recommend using a descaler in hard water areas.
