All of our boilers are shipped directly from the factory within 48 hours. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days from purchase, as long as the original packaging is intact, in which case the total amount of money is sent to the buyer.

 

In addition to our delivery service, we also offer warranty and repairs. Our products have a standard two-year warranty period with the option to extend an extra charge, during which you can return them to us for repairs should any problem appear. 90% of problems can be repaired through consultations over the phone, but for all other cases, you can be sure we'll dispatch a repair specialist as soon as possible to help sort out your issue.

 

Has your warranty period run out already? Don't worry. We also run a post-warranty repair service. Since our products are meant to serve you for a long time, we don't want to cut you off from a reliable means of repairs after your warranty period ends.
