We offer a 48-hour delivery service through Parcelforce and DHL

Order processing begins after payment is received.

Our low-loss headers, connecting manifolds, and safety units are all dispatched within 24 hours.

All of our boilers are shipped directly from the factory within 48 hours.

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase as long as the original packaging is intact.

In this case, the total amount of money is sent to the buyer.

All boilers above 16kW are categorised as commercial and are made to order, which results in longer delivery times. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us before placing your order to obtain information on the estimated delivery time.

 

Delivery

• When should I expect to receive my delivery?
  Delivery times are between 8 am and 5 pm. In most cases, our products are delivered on a next-day basis, though we can't always ensure that. In the case of delays, you will be informed.

• Can I have my purchase delivered on the weekend?
  Saturday morning deliveries are available on demand, though that depends on location. Sunday deliveries are not an option.

• Can I collect my purchase directly from your warehouse?
  Yes, if that is your preferred method, feel free to drop by :)
