For the information of our customers, a cancellation fee may apply.

If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, there will be no fee. 

If cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand, there will be a £100 fee.

If cancelled less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full service fee will be charged.

Please remember to send us a separate message with the location where the service is to be performed, if it differs from your address.
