This set combines a distribution low-loss header with a pump group to optimize hydraulic separation and circulation in heating or cooling systems. The low-loss header ensures balanced flow and pressure stability, while the pump group provides efficient fluid movement. Together, they enhance system performance, reduce energy consumption, and simplify installation and maintenance for professional applications.
Horizontal/VERTICAL, SKE distribution low loss headers - 2-way condensing version - PRO
Distribution low loss header separates the boiler's circuit from the heating circuit. DLLH are usually applied in medium or high power rating heating systems (practically, from 25kW upwards), comprised of one or more boilers, particularly those of several heating circuits (e.g. floor heating circuit + radiator heating circuit + hot utility water circuit). An additional built-in INOX partition/guide significantly separates hot and cold water flows in the condensing version. As a consequence, return and water temperature is reduced, helping condense devices to reach higher efficiency. Moreover, thanks to the built-in neodymium magnet separator (SMART), tiny magnetic shards are stopped from being spread into the whole system, something that is directly responsible for causing rust and corrosion.
PUMP SETS FOR VERTICAL/HORIZONTAL INSTALLATIONS
Customers can use an SKE40 2D+horizontal distribution low-loss header (any 2 out of 18 available) of pump groups (pump stations) in a pump set for vertical installation. All items are insulated with EPP and can also be purchased separately. We can combine these units as many combinations as possible to prepare the required engineering set.
Pump groups marked PRO are shorter than the standardised version and higher in weight.
