This electric combination/storage boiler is designed for flats (one— or two-bedroom) or houses with one bathroom and a shower. It will not work in a flat or house with bathrooms when the bath is used, unless you only use the shower head.

Depending on the power choice, the 6,9 or 12kW part responsible for central heating/underfloor heating can work in areas up to 130 2m.

Low-voltage or 0V external thermostats are required to control the boiler's performance. These are widely available and can be purchased. The part responsible for hot water is a 40L domestic hot water cylinder.

The built-in water cylinder is designed to work with up to two hot water points, but it is essential to remember that the best option is to use one shower point or two taps at a time.

PLEASE NOTE: THE WATER DESCALER ON THE HOT WATER PART NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED TO AVOID LIME SCALE AND DAMAGE/BLOCKAGE TO THE INSTANTANEOUS WATER HEATER. WE ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING A MAGNETIC FILTER IN YOUR CENTRAL HEATING INSTALLATION.

We supply appliances ready for high-pressure systems. Installing on the open-went system is optional (only at C.H.). Don't hesitate to contact us for advice. Domestic water installation must be the primary pressure.
